Lucy's training in graphic design and communication led her to a career in People, Culture and Training, which sparked her interest in Human Resources. This passion is founded in a strong belief in the benefits of building a supportive and inclusive culture. 

After emigrating from the UK, Lucy has been raising a young family in Western Australia while pursuing her professional career.
