After a career in the resource sector, Rebecca worked in Employee Relations and Corporate Services for the State Government of Western Australia. She brings to TRCB an in-depth knowledge of business processes and responsibilities, including the interpretation of legislations and agreements; a passion for strategic planning and business analysis, with a focus on developing and implementing effective change within organisations; and a highly developed emotional intelligence that forms the basis of her accomplished negotiation skills.
