Karrinyup Shopping Centre open for business

Our retail team recently celebrated the highly anticipated launch of The West Deck and completion of the final stage in the $800M redevelopment of Karrinyup Shopping Centre.
The official opening event on 28 October 2021 marked the culmination of nearly a decade of planning, design and delivery.
TRCB, in collaboration with Hames Sharley and with early input from HOK (London), was commissioned by AMP Capital to double the size of Karrinyup Shopping Centre and create a new hub for the community that includes cinemas, restaurants, playgrounds and a main street.
The exciting new entertainment precinct includes food and beverage outlets as well as the first 10-screen HOYTS Cinema north of the river.
