Another gong for Karrinyup Shopping Centre

AMP Capital’s Karrinyup Shopping Centre redevelopment, delivered by joint venture firms TRCB and Hames Sharley, has been named a winner in last week’s WA Property Awards.

The $800 million redevelopment – which creates a new hub for the community with cinemas, restaurants, playgrounds and a main street – won the award for Best Retail Development (76+ stores).

The honour follows seven other professional awards and commendations for the project in 2022, which include recognition by the AIA, AILA, MBA and UDIA.

In today’s coverage of the awards, The West Australian declared Karrinyup Shopping Centre ‘a firm favourite among Perth shoppers since swinging open its newly refurbished doors last year’.
