TRCB grows with five new appointments

22 February 2022

Our practice continues to expand, with the recent appointment of five new staff members.

Louise Allen is our newest Architect. Louise has worked on predominantly single residential and residential alterations and additions projects, gaining experience across all project phases. She excels in projects that demand a high level of detail and design focus as well as significant consultation and collaboration with clients.

Matthew Pears, joining as a Graduate of Architecture, brings over 15 years in design consultancy as well as development management roles. He has worked in both the public and private sectors in Australia and the UK. In addition to his architectural and urban design expertise, Matt has an acute awareness of the commercial drivers behind successful project delivery.

Julia Mendez joins our interior design team. With 12 years in the field, Julia is experienced in the delivery of residential and commercial projects, including in design, documentation and project management as well as interior styling and sourcing. She has worked with renowned local and international brands and goes above and beyond to match clients with inspiring furniture, art, fabrics and lighting.

We also welcome two new support staff with extensive expertise in their respective fields.

Dean Cinquini, appointed in-house Senior Graphic Designer, has delivered quality design content in both English and Mandarin for over a decade. Collaborating with advertising, illustration, education and entertainment clients from small start-ups to international brands, Dean has worked with ANZ, Monash University, Disney and Wanda Cinemas.

Naama Grey-Smith, appointed in-house Writer and Editor, has extensive experience in senior roles in the publishing industry and brings a formidable skill set in producing high-quality content. She was Senior Editor and later Non-fiction Publisher at Fremantle Press, where she worked for over a decade. Naama has edited award-winning publications and writes for Australian Book Review.

TRCB extends a warm welcome to our newest staff members. Their appointments increase the breadth, depth and versatility of our practice as we continue to deliver architectural solutions that are practical, flexible and open to the future.
